West Bengal AYUSH State Quota Counselling Process

  1. Online Registration: Visit the official portal of WBMCC and complete the registration process using your NEET UG 2025 credentials.
  2. Document Verification: After registration, attend the physical document verification at the designated center on the allotted date and time.
  3. Choice Filling & Locking: Log in to the counselling portal, select your preferred AYUSH colleges and courses, and lock your choices before the deadline.
  4. Seat Allotment (Round 1): Based on your NEET score, preferences, and seat availability, the authorities will release the first round of seat allotment.
  5. Reporting to Allotted College: Candidates who receive a seat must report to the respective college with original documents, pay the required fee, and complete admission formalities.

All India Quota (AIQ) AYUSH NEET Counselling Process

For candidates applying under the 15% All India Quota (AIQ), the AYUSH NEET counselling will be conducted online in two rounds. Here’s how it works:

  1. Candidate Registration: Register on the official AIQ counselling website using your NEET UG 2025 details.
  2. Choice Filling & Locking (Round 1): Select your desired AYUSH colleges and courses, and lock your preferences on the portal.
  3. Seat Allotment (Round 1): The system will allocate seats based on your NEET rank and preferences.
  4. Reporting to College: If allotted a seat, report to the college with your original documents and complete the admission process.
  5. New Registration (Round 2): Candidates who didn’t register in Round 1 can register again.
  6. Fresh Choice Filling & Locking (Round 2): Submit new choices just like in Round 1.
  7. Seat Allotment (Round 2): Results will be declared based on updated preferences and available seats.
  8. Reporting to College (Round 2): Candidates allotted seats in Round 2 cannot vacate their seat, as per the Supreme Court’s guidelines.

Candidates who will be allotted a seat at Assam Ayush NEET Counselling will be asked to report the following documents to complete the admission formalities.

  • 10th Certificate.
  • 12th Certificate.
  • 12th Mark Sheet.
  • NEET UG Admit Card.
  • NEET UG Result/Scorecard.
  • Category Certificate (if applicable).
  • Domicile Certificate (for Assam candidates only).
  • Certificate of Sub Category, If Applicable.

For NRI Quota Documents

  • Notarized Affidavit of the candidate or the sponsor who NRI.
  • Documents claim the candidate/sponsor is NRI (valid passport, visa, recent utility bill).
  • Relationship of the NRI sponsor with the candidates as per the order of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in case WP (C) No689/2017- Consortium of Deemed Universities in Karnataka (CODEUNIK) and Anrvs.The Union of India and Ors. Dated 22-08-2017.
  • Notarized Affidavit of the sponsor that he/she shall sponsor the entire course fee of the candidate.
  • Acknowledgement Slip generated online after successful enrolment.
  • NEET-UG Admit Card.
  • NEET-UG Rank Card.
  • Payment of counselling fees proof (generated online).
  • Age Proof ( age should be 17 years by 31.12.2025)
  • Medical Certificate ( from Registered Allopathic Medical Practiser).
  • Caste certificate as Application.
  • PwD certificate issued from IPGMER Kolkata as application.
