Meghalaya AYUSH NEET 2025 Counselling Process
Candidates who wish to take admission in BAMS or BHMS courses in Meghalaya must participate in the Meghalaya AYUSH NEET 2025 State Counselling, conducted by the Department of Health & Family Welfare, Meghalaya. To begin, eligible candidates must register online by visiting the official website.
The counselling process will take place in two online rounds and may include a mop-up round if seats remain vacant. Here’s a step-by-step guide to the counselling process:
Step 1: Candidate Registration
Visit the official website and complete your online registration by entering the required details.
Step 2: Choice Filling and Locking (Round 1)
After registering, log in to the portal to select your preferred AYUSH courses and colleges in Meghalaya. Make sure to lock your choices before the deadline.
Step 3: Seat Allotment Result (Round 1)
The Round 1 seat allotment results will be published online based on your NEET score, preferences, and seat availability.
Step 4: Reporting to Allotted College
If you’re allotted a seat in Round 1, you must either accept the seat and report to the college to complete admission formalities or decline the offer as per the guidelines.
Step 5: New Registration (Round 2)
Candidates who didn’t register during Round 1 can register afresh in Round 2.
Step 6: Fresh Choice Filling and Locking (Round 2)
Just like in Round 1, you’ll have the opportunity to fill and lock new choices of colleges and courses.
Step 7: Seat Allotment Result (Round 2)
The Round 2 seat allotment will be published online following the same process.
Step 8: Reporting to Allotted College (Round 2)
Candidates allotted seats in Round 2 under the 15% AIQ quota must note that, as per the Supreme Court of India they cannot vacate their seats after this round.
